The weight loss intensive is a group class that will kick off a weight loss program with a personalized plan that includes:

  • Meal Planning IQ

  • How to keep a food diary

  • Genetic signaling

  • Energy Balance

  • Hormone efficiency

  • FMS Test (Range of motion, agility test)

  • Emotional/mental health factors

  • Nutrition plan

  • Food culture

  • Supplements

  • Metabolic adaptation

  • Fasting/food timing

Weight loss and the perception of carrying too much weight is a common dilemma for adults in America.

There are many reasons why someone would want to lose weight. At VML we narrow our approach to helping those who are ready to take action. Whether it be a small or large amount of fat loss, our goal is beyond the scale. We do not make the scale the arbiter of what is healthy. We will help you orchestrate a long term plan that is sustainable in YOUR food environment with your physical ability.

Our strategy for weight loss is not about a season of change followed by a return to the very habits and mental framework that got you where you are presently. Our weight loss programs are for groups and for individuals.
